Over the past three years, Carolina Rodriguez has grown into a standout leader at HealthTrackRx. Starting her journey as a Territory Service Specialist, she’s now excelling as both a Territory Director and a Regional Sales Leader (RSL). This is a testament to her incredible drive, work ethic, and commitment to patient care.
In her current role, Carolina likes to think of herself as the liaison between the lab and the customer, ensuring fast and accurate diagnostics that lead to real, actionable healthcare outcomes. She thrives in a fast-paced environment, where every day brings a new opportunity to help patients and support providers.
Carolina is part of a dynamic team that includes Territory Service Specialist Gaby Hawkins and is supported by her manager, Sean Morrissey, who always has her back when she needs it. Known for her cross-functional collaboration, she frequently partners with logistics and customer service teams to make sure providers have what they need when they need it.
Originally referred to HealthTrackRx by a colleague, Carolina saw it as a chance to move into a new chapter, and she hasn’t looked back since. She thoroughly enjoys the collaborative culture of HealthTrackRx, where territory directors are seen as more than just sales reps. They’re true partners in healthcare innovation.
HealthTrackRx has provided Carolina with the platform to grow both personally and professionally. She has built her own territory, stepped into a leadership role as an RSL, and adopted the mindset of always being open to learning something new. On a personal level, the job has helped her focus on what matters most, striking a balance between ambition and intentionality.
When asked what she’s most proud of, Carolina points to the strong, long-term relationships she has built with providers and clinics, the positive impact on patient care, and the opportunity to mentor and train other representatives through her RSL role.
Her motivation comes from her roots. As the daughter of immigrant parents, Carolina was the first in her family to graduate from college, and she brings a relentless work ethic to everything she does. Whether it’s driving sales or pushing herself in the gym before the sun comes up, growth drives her.
When she’s not working, you’ll find Carolina enjoying the outdoors at the beach, trail running, or getting in a solid early morning workout. Her passion for balance and excellence is evident in every part of her life.
