If you have insurance…
HealthTrackRx testing is covered by most insurance companies, including Medicare and Medicaid. After your testing, we will submit a claim to your insurance company, whether you are in-network or out-of-network. Your health insurance company may send you an Explanation of Benefits (EOB) which is NOT a bill and does not require payment.
We will work with your insurance company to ensure the maximum benefit is applied to our services. Patients who have a balance due after insurance will typically receive a bill approximately 30 to 60 days after their visit. Please call us at 844-218-3097 (Option 2) to discuss payment options.
If you do not have insurance…
If you do not have insurance, HealthTrackRx offers many payment options. We will send you an invoice for your laboratory services approximately 30–60 days after your visit.
At HealthTrackRx, we understand that unexpected medical expenses can be overwhelming. If you find it difficult to pay your bill, we encourage you to contact us. Our compassionate team is here to help, offering friendly billing options tailored to your needs, ensuring you can receive the necessary testing while addressing financial concerns responsibly.

No Surprises Act
Under the No Surprises Act, a patient has the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much anticipated medical care will cost. Patients who do not have health insurance or who have certain types of health care insurance may request a “Good Faith Estimate” of the total expected costs of any health care items and services before arranging for or scheduling the provision of an item or service, such as a laboratory test. If a patient receives a bill for health care items or services that were provided that is $400 more than a “Good Faith Estimate,” they can dispute the bill.
HealthTrackRx will provide a “Good Faith Estimate” of the cost of laboratory tests that it is requested to perform. To receive a Good Faith Estimate, email HealthTrackRx at [email protected]
