Comprehensive Provider Survey Confirms HealthTrackRx Next-Morning Results Drive Better Patient Outcomes and Satisfaction
Denton, TX — June 10, 2025 – HealthTrackRx, the nation’s premier infectious disease laboratory, today released the findings of a recent survey to better understand how next-morning PCR results impact patient care and satisfaction.
The survey represents more than 1,100 responses from Urgent Care, Primary Care, and Pediatric clinics across the country, and more than 700 ordering providers. The findings reinforce the impact of next-morning results on patient care, provider confidence, and clinical outcomes.
According to the survey, 98% of respondents say next-morning results improve patient satisfaction, while 43% reported patients have directly expressed appreciation for the rapid turnaround and clear answers.
Respondents also identified tangible improvements in patient outcomes with HealthTrackRx’s Next -Morning diagnostics:
- 76% report faster time to accurate treatment
- 64% report fewer unnecessary antibiotic treatments
- 52% report fewer return visits
- 48% report fewer recurring infections
- 48% report faster symptom resolution
These results are particularly significant for urgent care settings, where quick and confident decision-making is critical. Among urgent care providers, 87% said they noticed improved diagnostic accuracy or reduced antibiotic prescribing when using HealthTrackRx.
“Next-morning results aren’t just fast—they’re meaningful,” said Dr. Steven Goldberg, Chief Medical Officer of HealthTrackRx. “They enable better, more informed decisions, reduce unnecessary treatments, and ultimately support better outcomes for patients. This survey reinforces what our clients already experience every day: next-morning results matter.”
