HealthTrackRx Appoints Hank Greenberg as General Counsel
Denton, TX – December 13, 2023 – HealthTrackRx, the nation’s premier molecular diagnostic testing laboratory, today announced the appointment of Hank Greenberg to the executive leadership team as General Counsel.
In his role, Greenberg will oversee the organization’s legal and regulatory affairs and play a key role in the Company’s strategy, operations, and growth.

Greenberg has spent the past nine years as an in-house lawyer for three emerging growth companies. From 2021-23, he was the General Counsel and Secretary at Vault Health, a clinical diagnostics company focused on COVID-19 testing, clinical research, and workforce toxicology screening; there he led the company’s legal, regulatory affairs, and compliance teams. Prior to that, he served in various roles at Oscar Health, a New York-based health insurance and technology company, including as General Counsel when the company completed its IPO.
