Ariel Stewart
Billing Quality Assurance Analyst

For nine years, Ariel Stewart has been an integral part of HealthTrackRx, growing alongside the company and embracing new challenges at every step. She started her journey in Quality Control (QC) in the lab, ensuring accuracy in diagnostic processes. As HealthTrackRx expanded its capabilities, so did Ariel by moving into Revenue Cycle Management. This transition allowed her to leverage her problem-solving skills in a new way, playing a crucial role in optimizing our billing operations and payment processing.
Now a key member of the RCM team, Ariel works closely with Gail and Jamie, two mentors who have guided her along the way. Her role involves identifying billing trends, verifying payer denial processes, troubleshooting HL7 issues, and ensuring seamless integration between clients and billing platforms. She also takes pride in onboarding and training new team members, making sure they have the resources they need to succeed.
What drew Ariel to HealthTrackRx in the first place? The culture. Having been part of the team since the Pacific Labs days, she has witnessed firsthand how leadership prioritizes both patients and employees. To Ariel, HealthTrackRx isn’t just a workplace. HealthTrackRx is one big family full of people who genuinely care about their mission and each other.
Her time here has helped her gain confidence, embrace challenges, and adapt to change, both professionally and personally. One of her proudest accomplishments has been building the Revenue Cycle SharePoint site and creating a training program for both employees and vendor partners—an effort that has streamlined operations and strengthened team collaboration.
Beyond work, Ariel is motivated by her faith, her family, and the company’s commitment to making a difference. She’s passionate about reading and already on her third book this year! She’s also a devoted mom to two beautiful daughters and an english bulldog. Ending on a fun fact, Mondays are her favorite day of the week!
