Allie Priego, PA-C
Medical Science Liaison (MSL)
“Always be kinder than you feel”
For the past year, Allie Priego, PA-C, has been making an impact at HealthTrackRx as a Medical Science Liaison (MSL). In this role, she serves as a trusted clinical resource for our infectious disease testing, engaging in peer-to-peer conversations with clinicians, answering diagnostic questions, and helping providers deliver faster, more effective patient care. Her work spans the central U.S., where she not only meets personally with clinicians, but also contributes to clinical papers, supports marketing initiatives, and helps educate new members of the commercial team.
Allie is part of our talented MSL team led by Azia Evans, PhD, alongside Caroline Vu, DO and Vasudha Gupta, PharmD. Her connection with HealthTrackRx began at a conference two years ago, where she immediately recognized the unique value of our services and knew she wanted to be part of it.
Since joining, Allie has strengthened her expertise in infectious diseases, while also enhancing her skills as a Physician Assistant. This role has given her added confidence and experience in diagnosing and treating patients more effectively. She is especially proud of some of her day-to-day conversations with clinicians and chief medical officers, where she highlights how HealthTrackRx reduces diagnostic turnaround times, provides robust sensitivity and specificity, and advances antibiotic stewardship.
Motivated by her family, Allie lives by her personal motto: “Don’t make anyone’s day harder than it already is.” Outside of work, she enjoys cheering on Dallas sports teams – the Cowboys, Stars, Mavericks, and Rangers – spending time with her husband, dog, and cat, or catching a good movie. A fun fact: In college, Allie helped display the world’s largest Texas flag at University of Texas football games.
