Cary McNamara is the President of HealthTrackRx, the nation’s premier molecular diagnostic testing laboratory, where he drives the company’s strategic vision and operational excellence. In his role, McNamara oversees all major business functions, including sales, operations, science, and finance, ensuring alignment with the company’s mission of delivering cutting-edge diagnostic solutions that improve patient outcomes.

As President, McNamara focuses on scaling the organization’s capabilities, optimizing performance, and fostering innovation to meet the evolving needs of healthcare providers nationwide. He leads efforts to strengthen the company’s market position by enhancing operational efficiencies, expanding customer relationships, and driving sustainable growth.

A seasoned executive with over a decade of leadership experience, McNamara previously served as Chief Financial Officer at HealthTrackRx, where he successfully steered financial strategy and supported significant organizational growth. Before joining HealthTrackRx, he held CFO roles at Shearwater Health, Alteon Health, i2i Population Health, and other healthcare-focused organizations. His extensive background spans strategic planning, financial management, and scaling operations for growth-stage companies.

McNamara holds a Bachelor of Arts, summa cum laude, from The Citadel and a Master’s in Accountancy from Belmont University. He is passionate about transforming healthcare delivery through innovation and operational excellence, positioning HealthTrackRx as a leader in molecular diagnostics.
