She previously directed multiple CLIA and CAP-certified molecular laboratories, overseeing infectious disease, pharmacogenomics, and high-throughput PCR programs. Her leadership spans assay validation, quality assurance, regulatory inspections, LDT-to-EUA transitions, LIS implementations, and successful new lab launches.
