Lynn Neff serves as Chief Operations Officer at HealthTrack, the nation’s leading molecular diagnostic testing laboratory delivering next-morning results. A highly accomplished, outcomes-driven operations executive, Neff brings more than 25 years of experience across laboratory operations, diagnostics, healthcare technology, and complex multi-site environments.
In his role, Neff is responsible for driving operational excellence across the organization, overseeing Laboratory Operations, Information Technology, Logistics, Bioinformatics, Automation, R&D, and related enterprise functions. He provides both strategic and hands-on leadership to ensure high-quality standards, continuous improvement, and the advancement of technology and product capabilities to meet the evolving needs of patients and clinical partners nationwide.
Neff has a proven track record of building and scaling operations designed to support rapid growth. At HealthTrack, he was responsible for the design and engineering of our LabPort facility to ensure operational efficiency. The facility features the latest high-throughput PCR platforms, automation, and data-driven systems, while maintaining an environment that is as impressive to tour as it is efficient to operate. Its proximity to UPS Worldport enables seamless, time-critical logistics, ensuring specimens move rapidly and reliably from collection to result without compromise.
