HealthTrackRx Appoints Lynn Neff as Chief Operations Officer
Denton, TX – July 17, 2023 – HealthTrackRx, the nation’s premier molecular diagnostic testing laboratory, today announced the appointment of Lynn Neff to the executive leadership team as Chief Operations Officer. Neff is a highly accomplished operations leader with over 25 years of experience in the laboratory and diagnostics industries.

In his role, Neff will provide the leadership necessary to ensure operational excellence, high-quality standards, and ongoing technological and product development to meet the needs of the patients and clinics we serve. Neff will lead the Laboratory, Information Technology, Logistics, and Business Insights functions, amongst others.
Most recently, Neff has served as Head of Operations for Scipher Medicine, where he led national, multi-site operations teams through the strategic build and scale to support new laboratory assay “PrismRA” and clinical genomic data insights “PrismDirect” product launches. Prior to that, he held various progressive leadership roles, including Director, Laboratory & Pathology Outreach at Southcoast Health, Executive Director of Customer Operations at Dominion Diagnostics, and Chief Operating Officer at StageBio. In those roles, he led end-to-end program development, large-scale mergers, and managed through significant workflow redesign, infrastructure harmonization, and change management.
