Territory Director

Since joining HealthTrack in September 2024, Austin Mitchell has been making a powerful impact as a Territory Director. From day one, he has brought energy, consistency, and a passion for improving patient outcomes across his territory in Arkansas. In his role, Austin focuses on what matters most: Getting People Healthier Faster. Every day presents a new opportunity to support patients and strengthen provider relationships.
Austin is an important member of the commercial team. He places a strong emphasis on connections, both personally and professionally, within the regional team he’s a part of. His team makes it a priority to check in with one another, ensuring everyone is supported not only in their work but also in their lives outside the office. He credits his manager, Matt Collier, as a standout leader who treats his team like family in the support he gives them.
Austin was initially drawn to HealthTrack by the unique opportunity to build and grow the number of lives impacted by accurate diagnosis in his territory in Arkansas. Since joining, he has found that his professional and personal life complement each other more than ever. The relationships he’s built through his work have strengthened his appreciation for quality time spent with his family, friends, and the people he meets along the way.
Outside of work, Austin is all about family and fun. He enjoys spending time with his wife and three kids. Austin has several hobbies, including going hard on the pickleball court whenever he gets the chance, keeping up with Arkansas Razorback sports, and taking pride in making sure his yard is the best-looking in the neighborhood!
