HealthTrackRx Appoints Kathryn McKenzie as Chief Financial Officer
Denton, TX – July 11, 2023 – HealthTrackRx, the nation’s premier molecular diagnostic testing laboratory, today announced the appointment of Kathryn McKenzie to the executive leadership team as Chief Financial Officer. McKenzie is a strategic leader with broad experience leading Finance and Accounting departments across various industries.

In her role, McKenzie will continue to develop the organization’s overall financial policies, provide strategic direction for all financial functions, ensure that proper controls are in place and that financial transactions support the overall business strategy. She will lead functional areas of Accounting, Finance, Revenue Cycle, and Payor Solutions.
Most recently, McKenzie has served as an enterprise executive of NeoGenomics, Inc., a global public oncology-focused laboratory and information services company. There, she held various roles, including Chief Financial Officer, Chief Sustainability and Risk Officer, Chief Accounting Officer, and VP of Finance. In those roles, she led finance efforts for four acquisitions in different business areas and managed through a significant leadership change and transition.
Prior to her time at NeoGenomics, Inc., McKenzie held progressive SEC and financial reporting roles at Chico’s FAS, Inc., and held various roles at Ernst & Young. McKenzie is passionate about company culture and team development. She has served in several mentorship roles and considers herself a humble teacher and proud learner.
